Our Return Window

  • For UAE Customers: We offer a 3-day return policy. You have 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
  • For European Union Customers: In line with EU regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at Info@palmyramarket.com. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
